• Sleeping area with 14 twin bunk beds where 2 bottom bunk beds are full size
• Separate men�s and women�s restrooms with showers
• Kitchen with double sink,cooking pots/pans, dishes and utensils, and two (2) each of the following items: stoves, refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwaves, coffee pots and toasters.
• Air conditioners and heaters
• Sitting area with chairs, couches and satellite television
• Outdoor fire ring with benches, and several picnic tables
• 3 picnic style tables
  

2020 Rates

Daily - $395 + Tax
Weekly - $2350 + Tax

$150 damage deposit (no dog)

OR

$200 damage deposit (with a dog)*

*Certain breeds of dogs (no cats) are permitted with the $200 damage deposit. A cleaning fee of $50 is deducted from that deposit.
