• Separate men’s and women’s restrooms with showers
• Kitchen with double sink,cooking pots/pans, dishes and utensils, and two (2) each of the following items: stoves, refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwaves, coffee pots and toasters.
• Air conditioners and heaters
• Sitting area with chairs, couches and satellite television
• Outdoor fire ring with benches, and several picnic tables
• 3 picnic style tables

Daily - $350 + Tax
Weekly - $2050 + Tax

$150 Security deposit required
$200 dog* security deposit

*Certain breeds of dogs are permitted with a $150 damage deposit and an extra cleaning fee of $25 is deducted from that deposit.
